Jerry Loy brings over 30 years of experience in finance, corporate governance, risk management, and strategic leadership across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, he has held senior board and advisory positions across leading financial institutions, including Redwood Bank and Union Bank of India (UK). With extensive experience in business development, regulatory compliance, and organisational transformation, Jerry brings valuable financial and governance expertise to Canopy Compute as it grows within the evolving AI infrastructure market.
